i rarely blog abt work, cos i understand.. *or perhaps the culture in tis company is.. jus get the job done, no matter how u do it, or wat it takes.. n it's wat i enjoy learning n doing n "living" there..* tat wat we need is to get the work done.. no pt getting mad or furious over anything, cos in the end, a day still need to pass, n we need cooperation from every1... wat matters is to stay .. frnly n helpful..

but gosh.. today's happenings really made my blood boil..

i'm assigned to complete a new module. tis new module, i havign problem setting it up. this module main-in-charge got 2 persons. AA and BB. I'm not on talking terms wif AA, BB is chattable. BB knws i got prob but cant solve. So AA decided to come in. So I left my computer to them. 30 mins later, i came back, seeing tat no one's at my desk, i supposed everything is ok oredi. BB even email mi, saying a new project has been created so tat i can start on the new module.

i thot, everything was nicely setup, so tat i can start immediately. den, when i proceeded, i realised nothing was actually done, but oni a bare and empty (not sure if either word suffice). i'm really really surprised!!! nothign was done n yet it was left in tat way?? even telling mi to start using in tat manner??!?!?

i'm helping to develop the module, HELPING. n it seems like even after i reported a prob, they simply erased all previous settings and gave mi bare system to "start" with?? in tat case, y on earth do i need AA's help??? it's almost like asking the person who sold u an item to help fix it, the person took a look, did a LITTLE thing, n went off. u thot it's done. u took a look, n realised he took it apart, n asking u how to put things back, and without even making the effort to see if it still works at all...

sigh..
