i'm supposed to do my assignments.. but alas.. i simply cant focus tat much.. sigh..

anyway, these days, i'm very much hooked onto the spiritual topics.. and have been watching hk variety talk shows on youtube. u can search for it using "guaitan". it's very scary at times, but.. FOREVER, i can't detect/see/feel their existence on the screen!!!! it seems very normal to me. even when got a scene, when viewers pointed out that there is a shape, the hosts "ohhhhh".. but i simply "huh?"..

den, recently, i saw an ep, whereby they went taiwan, and asked a 仙姑 (human deity? or human saint) to accompany them. this lady.. was said to have enormous powers, and does not need any talisman or altar to prepare. she has a rank in heaven, and when needed, she can send a troop from heaven to protect herself.

it's really a surprise that, she vanquished it right on the spot.

finishing the video, i had also felt that, she simply felt like vanquishing every spirit she encounters, as though to prove her prowess. i even wondered if, there is any justice for those spirits to seek. like they are not bad in nature, but turned into evil ghosts due to some mishaps. but after hearing her explanation, i find that she's more of a law enforcer for the netherworld, sent by heaven.

when she visited the cave, she was.. kinda accompanied by heavenly troops. and in the end, they caught the ghost king. not the humans, but the heavenly troops. she mentioned in the end that, a lot of viewers thot she vanquishes every spirit she see.

she explains that, if the spirits are good or maligned, she will seek redress for them. but if they are harmful, she'll execute them on the spot. sounds very much like those period dramas, and current police shows, where baddies are caught during an operation, and brought back for justice.

she mentioned that, whenever she brings anyone to any eerie spots, it always loses the scary and eerie feel, cos she's not someone who will play to the tune of commercial viability. she's always there on a police-like operation. sounds like, the exorcists that we see, are more of the private investigators' roles and peace makers. while her role, is more of the police officer.. or executioner.

in another show, visiting jade emperor showed a very very long video of her bringing.. i think her students.. to heaven to visit for the CNY. 1 hour and 20 mins. too long, so.. i jus skipped it after 20 minutes.

after watching these shows, i'm really beginning to be very very much interested in find out more about such stuff. anyone care to join mi? i know there should be many interest groups offering this thing. Where should I start from first?
