jus got home.. n.. realised i din JO for quite a while... umm.. well, seem like the bus guy... dunno wat time he takign bus liao.. but got another student who. got my attention hehe.. but... same feeling.. not emotions, but feeling... cos.. teens are not stable with the feelings.. if LTR, i geuss will prefer ppl who.. have been thru NS...

at work... today is... either can say almost judgment day, feedback day, or a speak-ur-mind day.. 1stly, i admit i made a silly mistake.. 1 user say he downloaded a file from intranet. i dinno can download tat. i actually went to ask my colleague abt it. my snr colleague overheard. n asked mi back instead. but, in fact, i can actually find out myself.. instead of asking.. the snr also said i can explore the page myself.. as by now i shld know liao...

n, she oso said, "i keep asking similar qns... not tat they dun wan ans, but they keep telling mi same thign.. " but for this, tat time, i din really defend.. cos dinno wat to say.. but now, i haev these thots: the solutions given are rather general. but when a user ask soemthign, that those gen soln cant solve 1, i will want to see if there's a better option.

for eg, there was 1 case, i tried all i knwo liao. duno wat else to do. i ask snr. she say check the log. oni den i know got log to check! if i THINK i tried all liao, den dinno abt the log, n ask user come down. wat if colelague ask how come i din check log? if i say, i din ask.. den they say i shld ask b4 asking user come down?

somehow, i tink i really not ... or rather, still not good at PR...

lastly, snr say, i dun have to bother so much abt users' own systems. dun have to care so much abt them. jus tend to our own job scope will do.. ok loh, since tat is their style.. cos for mi, i'll want to try my best to help....

ok.. den later, my sup oso spoke... or rather, i went up to him for advice.. cos got a user who... insist on us solving his prob. i checked with sup. sup den say, i can actually ans the user in 1 line. no need to go in roudns... heeh, i learnt it.

last case, case zzz. a user got a problem with a program. it was installing by file downloaded via intranet. when she open program, got some error. she had reinstalled a few times. still same thing. den my jnr colleague suggest, getting user to save the file to disk, instead of opening from location. i den... was discussign with her why need to do tat.. cos i dun really see the need... she din manage to convince mi, but i still checked lah.. later, problem was solved. user came down n we re-installed for her.

this 1, my master later toked wif mi..

after work, i supposed to go for a seminar... i din really expect to go off early, but rather see if i finish work early enuff.. during lunch, 1 sup came over to tok to mi... den i told him abt seminar, so he suggest i go off earlier. but later, they seem to have a heated argument, and he told mi to seek permission from other sup. i din. cos, i dun really need to go off earlier.. will try to finish my work first...

ahha.. i gelled my hair.. den on way to meet master for the seminar, a few ppl.. (read: guys) actually looked at mi .. ahah.. have i erally become better looking? or my hair look odd? anyway, the seminar is quite ... commercial loh.. i thot will be toking abt biz chance, but nope, more to promoting their courses.. sianzz..

oso chatted wif my master abt the "ZZZ" case. he suggested i shld not be so stubborn.. but for mi, unless u can convince mi, or u can give a reason for doing soemthign, i will not want to do it.. i'm more on the logical side..

den on way back, met an ex-colleague. somehow, i dunno if he still recognise mi.. cos when we met, he thot i was someone else... i really dunno if he rmb mi still.. chatted abt his str8 womanising stuff... he bought beer for us.. as usual, i drank till blush :P he say he go msia there to have physical fun. not sexual fun with women there.. den on way back, i was thinking, for gays, why is there not such services? thos women offer touches.. guys can oso mah... i was imagining.. feeling the chest, nipples.. caressing.. nothing sexual.. haha.. but will this be profitable? gay usually looking for sex... ;)

anyway, with regards to my work... i will improve.. like.. take note of my knowledge.. dun keep asking.. although.. sometimes asking will reveal more answer... sighzz..
